I am called to serve as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints!
I cannot express in words how excited I am!

I received my mission call on February 9th... ...and while I have been waiting and preparing, I have been asked the same great 5 questions...
#1 :: Oh, you're going to serve a mission? Where are you going?
I am called to serve in the Uruguay, Montevideo mission! I am SO excited! It feels so right and I know that this is where I am suppose to be for the next 18 months of my life.
#2 :: When do you leave?
I report to the Argentina MTC on July 4th--Independence Day, but I actually leave home on July 3rd!
#3 :: Did you always want to serve a mission?
The answer to this question is both yes and no. I never pictured myself serving a mission because I hoped that I would be seriously dating someone or married by 21. I always thought if both of those things weren't happening when I was at the mission age of 21, then of course I would serve a mission! Now since the age change of 19, it has been the perfect timing to serve a mission! It's amazing how life turns out and I am so grateful for this life changing experience.
#4 :: What are you most excited for?
I think about this question every single day! I am excited about EVERYTHING! I am excited for the many, many experiences that I will experience. I am excited to be a representative of the Savior and to bring others to Him. I can't wait to serve and love the people of Uruguay and to be immersed in a different culture. I am excited to become a better me and to teach, learn, and to have my testimony grow more each day.
#5 :: How is your preparation going?
My preparation is going great! I went through the temple a few weeks after I received my call in February. I've been trying to attend the temple as much as possible! Studying my scriptures and Preach My Gospel everyday, as well as attending mission prep has been amazing preparation!
